I started Jack's Secret with one conviction: the meat industry is one of the largest contributors to CO2 on earth. The most effective way to change that is not to lecture people, but to build something so good they choose it themselves.
Jackfruit turned out to be that something. Grown in Uganda. Processed locally. Sold across Europe. And along the way, what started as an ingredient became a mission, and the mission became a system.
Today, Jack's Secret operates its own farm-to-fork supply chain with 500+ smallholder farmers in Uganda, processing locally and shipping verified, EUDR-compliant product directly to European retail and foodservice partners.
